These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the use of Primeo Charter Services LLC (“Primeo”) services, including bookings, quotations, and website interactions. By submitting an inquiry, quote request, or booking, you agree to these T&Cs. Primeo acts solely as a charter broker; we do not operate flights.
1. Scope of Services
- Primeo provides access to verified operators worldwide for private charter flights
- Services include quotations, booking coordination, and operational support
- All flights are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective operator
2. Booking and Payment
- Quotes are valid for a specified period only
- A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm bookings
- Accepted payment methods will be communicated at time of booking
- Payment processors may apply additional terms
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must follow operator-specific policies
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to operator and Primeo guidelines
- Primeo is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by operators
4. Limitation of Liability
- Primeo is a broker only, not an operator of flights
- We are not responsible for:
- Delays, cancellations, or diversions caused by weather, airspace, or operator decisions
- Loss or damage to baggage or personal property
- Liability is limited to the scope of services provided by Primeo
5. Force Majeure
- Primeo is not liable for events outside our control, including:
- Acts of God, war, strikes, natural disasters
- Governmental or regulatory restrictions
- Technical or operational failures of operators
6. Privacy & Data Use
- All personal data is managed according to the Primeo Privacy Policy
- Data is used solely for booking, operational coordination, and communication with the client
7. Intellectual Property
- All website content, branding, and promotional materials are property of Primeo
- Unauthorized use is prohibited
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the United States (or specific jurisdiction)
- Any disputes shall be resolved by mediation or arbitration, unless otherwise agreed
9. Amendments
- Primeo reserves the right to amend T&Cs and Privacy Policy at any time
- Updated versions will be posted on the website with a revised effective date
